Community Incubator
An early visitor to the Shenandoah County Community Center described the offerings as a “community incubator” and the phrase is a good summary of how we anticipate serving the community. The center is a place where someone can launch a small business dream in the commercial kitchen or Rotary Lab. Where a civic group or club can meet and grow, and where people gather together to share social connections, build bonds, learn and help foster the community feel that makes our area so special.
