Commercial Convection Oven, 6 burner commercial stove, 2 commercial ovens, Low Temp Commercial Dishwasher, tons of prep space, Freezer and Refrigerator Space.
Are there dry, cold, and freezer storage options available?
Space is limited. First come first served.
Can I bring my own equipment or small appliances?
Yes as long as you take it with you when you leave.
Is the kitchen certified by the health department?
Yes! Our certificate is located in the kitchen.
Is the kitchen inspected regularly, and can I view inspection records?
Yes! There is a QR code that you can scan to view inspection records that is in the kitchen.
Do I need to have a business license or food handler’s certification to use the kitchen?
Yes! All users must be ServSafe Certified. A copy of certificate will need to be provided.
Will I need to be approved by the health department individually?
Yes.
Are there required agreements or waivers to sign?
Yes-all rental agreements will need to reviewed and signed.
Can I have deliveries made to the facility?
No, please bring what you will need. We will not be responsible for deliveries.
Are there designated prep or packaging areas?
Yes! We have over 3 large prep stations and a working counter that is 10 ft long.
Is internet or Wi-Fi available for use while working?
Yes.
Do you have any staff on-site for assistance during rentals?
The building is open and staffed 7 days a week from 8am-8pm. All other hours will be given an emergency number for assistance.
